It's A Divine Bakery

This place used to be wonderful... what happened? I hadn't been to this Bakery for a while. I stopped on Wednesday March 12th and bought raisin walnut bread baked by It's A Divine Bakery. It was terrible. The bread should not have been sold as freshly baked as it had definitely been in a freezer or refrigerator somewhere for some time. It had condensation on the inside and the bread was damp. There were wet stains around the few raisins that were in the bread. Before purchase I had asked the employee if this bread was freshly baked bread? She seemed insulted. On top of it, the cost of the loaf was $13.50 with tax. I am used to paying the price for fresh loaf of bread; this was not a fresh loaf of bread! As I left the business she was telling another employee to watch out for the people that were coming into the building. Maybe it's time for retirement?

The baguette sandwich was awful. It was not crunchy but dense and tasteless. The ham and cucumbers seemed old. And we were charged an extra dollar for a small packet of mayonnaise! I was shocked. I should have walked out right then, but I wanted the cookie. She asked if I wanted mustard. I hesitated and said yes hoping she wouldn't charge me another dollar. She didn't. But still, a dollar for 2 small packets of condiments She had already rung up the one packet of mayonnaise. My wife and I split the sandwich but we both decided not to waste our limited carb-eating on something so awful. We threw it away. The peanut butter chocolate chip cookie wasn't too bad. But it wasn't fantastic. We will not be back. Oh, I forgot, she followed me to the side room where she sells the pasta. Maybe she thought I was going to steal something...or worse, touch something. I like supporting small businesses and I understand that it's hard, but the products sold here are not to my liking.

$6.99 for a Peach Ammaretto scone. There's an assortment of unique bake goods. Lots of assorted bread sliced. Lots of special dried pasta. Unique hard candy. Lovely patio outside. Enjoy

The is a Cave Creek Gem 💎 We are so happy we found this local bakery in walking distance from our home. We love all the choices and the Mother & Daughter that run the store are so sweet and loving. It might be a little high in price but worth knowing where it was baked and with extra love in every bite. 🎂🌵👍🏼

wth just happened? I like local businesses and want to support them, so I stopped in for a coffee after seeing their shop by Hansen's BBQ. The owner was aggressively friendly (aka pushy). I ended up buying two grocery items against my better instinct, and what a mistake. The coffee was awful - warm milk with cheap syrup. The food items were ridiculously overpriced. I want to like them, but this was a terrible experience. 2 stars for the local angle and decor.

as soon as you walk in.... it smells amazing!!!! very cute and inviting, everything is neatly displayed according to season (currently Easter so the pastels and bunnies were in attendance). the owner is friendly and knowledgeable without being overbearing. THE CHERRY BLOSSOM LATTE WAS INCREDIBLE! pastries were perfectly laminated and baked and my favorite has to be the almond croissant. all around wonderful and quaint establishment with quality, made from scratch goods. Need more places like this!!!!! Can't wait to come back!!!!!

My wife went for the first time yesterday and bought almond croissants and sour dough bread. Well ...... The bread was very dry and no taste. The croissants sure looked good but no taste I was very disappointed since the cost is significantly higher at a Bakery. .
