Kyle was extremely helpful. I'm new to raping and suggested some very tasty juice for my vape. Needless to say I have been enjoying the favor and it's very long lasting. 10 out of five stars if I could!

It hurts to leave one star, since I’ve been going to these stores since it first opened back in 2016. I have refused to go to other vape stores finding them not up to par to this one, and have been pretty loyal with them up til a month ago. I understand that stock isn’t entirely in control, however it seemed to lack effort to keep up on product. The last several times I was constantly told they were out. The last time I was there an employee told me to “Check (Competitor Vape Store Name), they should have them.” (I would say what store, but I don’t want a possibility of the new one I’m going to, to get hurt in any manner.) I was baffled, I think it’s pretty obvious to never mention a competitor, since you could ultimately lose not only money but the customer as well. Well it was a great suggestion! The store they suggested always has the product I get, and the employees there are amazing! Unlike how this store has been, where it has been a reoccurring experience of dullness or almost like they’re annoyed you’re in the store. Which is not just solely this store, but the one across from Walmart. Unfortunate, that after a decade, I’m going to be going to a new place. Again thank you to the employee for the suggestion, they were right, they always have my product and a rewards program too!

Go to for vapes. Lady working today was super helpful. I just gave her some ideas on what I was looking for and she delivered. Definitely recommend!

This used to be a great business that stood by their products, the staff that used to work here were my friends, but high turnover has been a problem. Their mods break at exactly 6 months and they refuse to stand by their product.

One word : terrible! I put one start for the gentleman working today (may 2nd) other than its absolutely terrible service. I've spent over 500$ at this store since April yet none of the staff cared to inform me I was supposed to be getting a free tank co2 when I purchased 2. Unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere because of this. Not to mention they had my visa card in the back and didn't bother to call and inform me, even though they do have in fact have my name and phone number on file.

My new go to vape store! The girls working here always SUPER kind and friendly, along with all of them being very knowledgeable on the products I like. Their recommendations on disposable brands and flavors never fails me! The shop itself is very clean and well maintained, and is very organized so it’s easy to find what I’m looking for. Thanks girlies of Vape 5120 for making my shopping experience wonderful!

Favorite vape store to go to, so pleased with the way the gentleman who worked there helped me find the right kind of vape and worked with another store who was rude and dismissed me but he was able to get things taken care of, will be coming here from now on instead of the other vape store!

Ive just had the worst customer service experience EVER. Ive been a customer of Vape for over 10 years and ive never been treated like this. The employee covering a shift tonight was rude, snappy and short from the very beginning. If you dont like your job, go work some where else; not take it out on the customers. The open sign was not on, so when i parked i just pulled up sideways to run up real quick and make sure they were open. I leaned forward over the glass display to make sure the disposable I like was in stock, the employee cut me off the tell me not to lean on the glass. I totally get not leaning on the glass but you dont need to be rude about it. Its not what you say but how you say it. I mentioned that the open sign wasnt on and the employee tells me therrs basically nothing they can do about it... Like okay...? Then the employee looked at how i was parked and asked do you always park like that, in a very rude manner might I add. I informed them that I wasnt sure if they were open so thats why i parked like that. Not sure why thats any of their concern considering the parking pot was completely empty. 🤷 I genuinely hope i never have to deal with this emoloyee ever again.
