I love the shop and whole vibe. I could not find the Vapetashia juice I love in Nampa where I live. Having moved to the area last August ....I have found my shop for all my vape needs. Kellen and the group are amazing and know their stuff. Thanks guys

I was in a accident on my way, but by the time I entered and felt the wonderful light friendly vibes I relaxed,laughed, and totally forgot about my bs. Edona and Leandrea couldn't be more kind, knowledgeable, and just bloody rad to laugh with. I left w the perfect vape but was happier about where I went. Always go here!!!

Mason is by far your best current employee I’ve been seeing him at our vape store ever time I go for the last year and it’s part of the reason we have made vapor lounge our only vape store. Customer service on point awesome guy figured it was time to give him a well deserved review.

Mason at the emerald store in Boise is the best. He always has a smile on his face and very respectful. All the employees at this location are legit. I don’t buy vapes anywhere else cause they’re just solid people.

This place is a revolving door of employees, more problems than a McDonalds! Not sure what happened to all the nice people I liked but there's now a huge disgusting rude guy and the store just reeks of pizza now! Prices also seem much worse than TC and other stores nearby
