Great selection of fine tobacco in the walk-in humidor. Always friendly and accommodating staff. Open 365 days. If they don’t have it- ask. The guys there work with you on glassware etc. All in all- great RP neighborhood smoke shop with all you need, go for it!

This is the best place for tobacco in Chicago. They always have fresh loose leaf tobacco for rolling that is kept in their humidor room. Never dry. The guys that work here are awesome. Friendly, helpful and chill. Great prices too.

Will sell you a dud or just the wrong product, then refuse to take it back. Have bought multiple times from them since 2022, and have sold me a dead posh, and a the wrong pod, because the employee will "mishear" things when it's convenient. Desperation shop only.

Extremely low if not anything(0) level of customer service. Had previously shopped here due to it being a convenient location and I will never spend another $1 ever. Employee (male) that worked the night of 11/7 is literally on cell phone as you’re approaching door and immediately after your transaction as if you just didn’t spend your money at their establishment. If you’re a woman of color please do not enter here- there is no level of respect for us. I had an horrible event that ended in my partner and I losing money tonight. Please don’t shop here.

Wow. I just called to ask about a product and the response was a flat monotone “no” and hung up in my face before I could say another word and ask about a product I already bought from there. Hard not to be turned off by that. I guess I’ll be shopping literally 2mins in either direction and make one of those my new go-to store.

I highly recommend that you don't buy any vape or vape like products. I bought one 3/16 and it barely worked. I went back on 3/18 to see if they can do something about it or see if can get a store credit or a discount towards my next purchase but they said that they couldn't do anything. So I just wasted my money for no reason. I highly recommend you avoid this shop for any vapes.
