Highendsmoke

I've found the staff mostly helpful and the assortment more than adequate. The only problem is it's never open when I go there, once I went there after checking the opening times online and there was a hand written cardboard sign on the door giving different opening times but after going back during the time stated on the sign they still weren't open. They seem to have staff problems like many other businesses.

Closed today without any notice online. Edit: Appreciate the reply, changing it accordingly as Google Maps is apparently slow and not the business‘s fault.

I’ve bought 7 vapes from here and found that the Lost Mary Brand’s taste absolutely awful and nothing like the ones I get in the UK. They are hefty priced too and are about €8/9 euros each with the IVG & Pod Salt brand €9/10 each which is essentially double the UK prices. The staff seem somewhat helpful but it does have an uncomfortable atmosphere here as if they don’t really care much about answering your questions or concerns and concentrate on selling the two brand - IVG & Pod Salt. I didn’t really get much of a welcoming vibe having spent €80+ there. Personally I will avoid going there now; I mentioned the issues with the Elf Bar vapes but was told there’s nothing they can do so now I’m stuck with €40 euros worth of Elf Bars alone which I can’t smoke because they taste burnt and have absolutely zero flavour. The packaging is different for the Elf Bars too and the actual vape itself looks like the label/coating has been wrapped around so I’m not sure how legitimate the product is; the seal is also flimsy and looks like it’s been glued on. Absolutely avoid getting Elf Bar’s from here if you’re planning to. I’m not sure due to importing discrepancies but each Elf Bar flavour has different packaging. I will mention however when I scan the QR code it does come up as a legitimate product so I’m not sure why it is absolutely unbearable to vape. Regarding the Pod Salt Go 600, there’s no way to authenticate this from the box to check if it’s legitimate but I’ve emailed the company to see if there’s a way to check, no QR code etc. Personally I will avoid going there again; the products just aren’t decent even though they’re coming up as valid which really put me off.

The seller were so helpful .. and I gave them 4 stars cause they didnt have some Coils for my Vape when I wanted some and their prices were HIGH! . In General they are a Very good Place to Go and look for anything You want for your Vape
