Awesome smoke shop with an emphasis on vape and dab products, along with all of the traditional smoke paraphernalia. Love the vibe here and you will love the vast assortment of one-of-a-kind, hand-blown glass pieces! The only drawback is they don't sell THC vape cartridges.

Amazing informative staff, I had the pleasure of being helped by P and a nice young lady, who helped answer all the questions I had and helped me pick the perfect items! Lots of products to choose from, for anything you’re into. Very cute merch, different scented/odor blocking products (candles/incense/spray), all types of smoke accessories (clear vapes/bongs/pipes/mask). And they have a hidden jewel in the back of the shop (if you’re a martial arts or blade enthusiast I highly suggest you check out their collection). It was such an amazing experience I returned twice in the same day and brought another customer. I will definitely be coming back and referring my family.

I love going to Uniq. Friendly fun staff, highly knowledgeable, always ready to help you find anything you need. The store is full of amazing treasures, and they’re open til 9 most days making it a very convenient place to shop. The Pittsfield store is really nice too, I just don’t go as often. Glad to have this resource available in the Berkshires!

The vibe here is amazing, the people who work there are awesome and helped me with any questions I had. It’s a nice spot to shop for glass and any other stuff you need!

Overly pushy staff and very high prices. Wanted to just browse and stated so and was shown what the staff felt I was looking for and not given time to look myself. Most of the pieces are production level which means you are advertising their brand constantly because they have their names plastered all over them.

Stood around waiting for assistance. But worker seemed more interested in bs'ing than to ask me if they could help or or acknowledging my presence at all. I was prepared to drop some decent money at this place, but their service seems to be lacking upon my first impressions there. My money will be better spent elsewhere
