Great customer service. I don’t know what the other guy was talking about the owner of the store was very nice to me and helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for. He also has an awesome Blazer.

Thought this place would be great due to the reviews claiming great store and wonderful service. We received the opposite. Walked in, not one word was said to us, the guy walked around cleaning and completely ignored us the entire 5-8 minutes we spent in there. He made the entire experience completely uncomfortable and again didn’t speak a word or ask if we needed any help with what we were looking for. The shop is beautiful and the products look great, but that means nothing without help or good service. This spoiled our first day of vacation when we simply wanted to check out the local products. Would rather travel further, and will not be returning or recommending. Would put zero stars if it was an option.

Couldn't have had a worse experience. Store employee was openly sexist, rude, and dismissive. Me and my other female friend were ignored and ridiculed. I never leave reviews but this experience was so awful I had to. I wouldn't buy anything from this shop if you paid me. If you have any morals or respect for yourself you won't go in here. This business deserves to close.

Very rude store clerk! Obviously not interested in selling his wares. I would have liked to price some items that were on a high shelf. I did not realize that I had stepped behind their "counter" (a display case in front of the wall display) as I went up to look at the products. The clerk neither asked if he could help me with something, nor did he politely point out that I was in a place I shouldn't be. Just barked "excuse ME!!!" and glared at me. I left the store and will neither return nor recommend it .... ever! Who wants to buy something they can't see up close or even have a clue about the cost? PS: The one-star is a mistake. The dialog box would not let me post without choosing a star rating and zero was not an option.

Awesome selection, the owner was very helpful. He did not try to oversell me, gave me just what I wanted and explained the difference between the US made glass and Japanese glass. Very satisfied with my purchase.

I have never left a review before, but felt the need to after my experience here. While they might sell some decent products, the owner was extremely short and unknowledgeable. Due to covid, i was not allowed to physically enter the shop so when i inquired as the types of bongs they had asking if they were mainly beaker bongs/ scientific, multi chamber/ percolators, etc. the response i got was “We have American”. The origin of a piece has nothing to do with the type of product it is. The shop owner couldn't comprehend my question, which told me everything i needed to know about their expertise.

Very nice. I went in there looking for a new bowl piece for my bong. I had no idea what size it was, so the gentleman working there help me guess the correct size. He then sold me before I bought it that if it did not fit I could come back and exchange it for a piece that did fit.

I have never left a review before but my experience here was so terrible I feel the need to warn others. The man behind the counter treated my female friend and I horribly and openly ridiculed us in front of other customers. I strongly advise you to not go in here if you are looking for an even slightly pleasant experience. As you can tell from other reviews, this clearly is a recurring theme with this employee.
