Staff is cool but what would even cooler is being open during the hours you have posted. Says they open at 7am… no sign of life at 7:30.

Cloud 9 vape is my favorite here in Springfield. I have always had great customer service and the staff is very helpful. They even take the time to help me put my NEXA vape together. Great prices too!!

Attendant/Owner was extremely rude to me, questioning of my intentions of being in the store. I was asked if I needed help, after saying no, I am just looking at the moment, since it was my first time there, of course I'm asked my intentions again. I was BROWSING!! That's what you do in a store, right? Look at the products? GUESS THAT'S NOT ALLOWED HERE! I had planned on buying a vape battery and this $50 R&M set they have before leaving. INSTEAD, I bought nothing because of being interrogated by the shop keeper, so I'll keep my money & spend it elsewhere, on better made products. Their Kratom is ridiculously overpriced, can get much better for a better price at other places in town. If it's your first time shopping here, do yourself a favor, don't. Not worth your time or money! Additionally, the place is kind of gross/dirty looking, outside and inside. This type of behavior is just unacceptable and ridiculous!

Will be great again if they would reorder what I come in to buy. 3 months of "I ordered it and it's on the way" has gotten old. Makes me wonder if they really did... Probably not.
