Vapor Maven

When you search Google, the hours are listed as open 24/7. When you arrive, a sign on the door (actually 2 of them) indicates the hours are 24/7. A lock on the door, lights all off and no staffing would indicate that being open 24/7 is not truthful and this store is in fact NOT open 24/7. You need to update your hours. I’m not from the area and it is not convenient at all to get to your store from the highway with stoplights and traffic.

Be open 24 hours or don’t. “No available staffing for shifts” posted on a piece of paper on the door is so unprofessional. Hire staff or change the hours. Claiming to be open 24x7 but not having staffing is unacceptable. I hate to give this place 1 star, the staff is amazing but the management has got to get a grip and run this place like an actual business.

The two ladies working, was awesome very informative and patient. Both were friendly. Both was on top of serving not just me and my bf, but any customer that came in. Definitely recommend going here for vapes and other stuff. Cheapest and fair prices on all stuff I have seen.

This is a very poorly ran vape shop I bought a product that was defective brought it back the next day and showed the clerk he said he couldn't do exchanges and that the manager wouldn't be back in the store for two days and that she would contact me for an exchange the manager never contacted and after me going in again was told the same thing the manager would wasn't there and would contact me this was never resolved and I was just out of the money I won't go back

Bought a vape there fruity pebbles flavored ox bar was supposed to have 35,000 puffs in it and it got to 66% juice and it tastes like the coil is burnt It tastes awful I cannot smoke it no more I call they will not exchange it and they will not give me my money back or nothing but a waste of money paid over $25 like $27 with tax for something I only smoke three or four days I will not be shopping at this vape store ever again

Great store! extremely helpful and friendly staff. Very clean and organized. Great prices and good quality products along with a wide variety of different products. Plus they're TWENTY FOUR HOURS! You can't find any better than that! ❤️

I bought a pipe put of the $15 box, when I got home later at night and checked my bank account they charged me $27.99!! Then wouldn't give me my change or refund back

9 time outta 10 it's a perfect experience and that one time is pretty close. Nicole is so friendly and helpful! As someone who has 15+ yrs of customer service experience I can say she is one of the best. CS seems unimportant to most these days so Vapor Maven should feel lucky to have her.
