We rented the O'Fallon Station for my baby shower and had a great experience! We had a lot of compliments from guests on the space and it was really easy to work with the Parks department on renting the venue, getting all of my questions answered, picking up/returning the key, and getting the security deposit back quickly afterward.

Located in downtown O'Fallon, which has a ton of cute little restaurants and shops. On Saturdays, there's a phenomenal farmer's market.

I loved the venue, but the aftermath of getting my deposit back was a nightmare! I left the venue clean and neat just how the instructions explained but there was $100 deducted from my security deposit because of my music choice. When booking, I followed all rules with getting insurance so that we could have alcohol and informing them that a dj would be present. Apparently, ofallon isntthe neighbor hood for rap music, so the residents called the police. The police said that they were complaining about profanity. Now, no where in the contract did it say that profanity wasn’t to be played but they still took $100 because the police were called. My only suggestion for anyone BLACK thinking about renting this place is to find somewhere else! If the contract would have stated that profanity was against the rules,I could respect that but that’s not the case. And when I went to dispute the charge, the director laughed in my face. I wouldn’t recommend this place

The website had a lot of great detail and pictures. Can we put a price range on the website? Did I overlook it? I will keep an eye out this summer for events this summer to attend. I see they have a few listed.
