Vaporology Vape Shop

I don’t really vape but I had some very specific questions and the guy helping me gave me a whole gave me a ton of info and recommendations for a battery, which he didn’t have but didn’t try to talk me into anything. It was a really great, friendly experience.

Best prices in town. Jeremy and Sean are both very helpful and will tell you the best products and flavors. Always kind and interact with customers very well. I highly recommend them for any and all vape products and great customer service.

I can't believe the kindness I received from Vaporology. Rachel is one of a kind. Her kindness is genuine! I haven't been in the store in a while due to some unfortunate incidents. Rachel remembered me and took the time to listen. I was amazed by her, and her willingness to care about me. She is what the world needs more of. These guys are genuinely so helpful and nice about it. You rack up a decent amount of points quickly that then into cash off and doesn't fall off. These guys are my go to place for anything vape and the prices, you can't beat!

Great customer service. Generally have what I'm looking for

Convenient to have a vape location here but that’s quite literally it; the employees here hate making suggestions and roll their eyes and look around as they speak to you. The longer you take or more help you ask for, the more they will show their frustration with you (Why work customer service if you don’t work well with customers? I understand that you probably get a discount on vapes, but don’t make it so obvious that’s the only reason you work somewhere). This place feels like a jewelry store, you’re not able to look around for a minute without getting hassled like they have a store motto of getting everyone out as quick as they can. The two male employees I’ve observed open the store before SPECIFICALLY are who will make you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. They have some employees who genuinely help but I actively am telling people to be prepared to interact with rude and off putting people if those two are ever there. As of lately and from here on, I only recommend this shop as a last resort, more worth it to travel 15 minutes north into Belgrade for a shop than by settling for less here.

Great Store. Short hours but that is more my issue then theirs. Juice selection is top notch. Hardware was slim but maybe I should have taken better care of mine in the first place. The guy in the store was awesome. Patient and helpful. I will be back.
