1010 Tobacco & Vapor

On this day Monday August the the 4th I witnessed the most disrespectful sales associate ever in my life. Was at this establishment at 8:55 am. The opening staff walked up at 9:02-9:05, I began to get out of car as she was opening the door and she yells out wait and throws her hands up as to say why am I rushing her . When she finally got open sign on and came and opened door she rudley blurted out we don’t open till 9. I said if you get here at 9 then you late . I asked for the flower and she again threw her hands up and said “it’s 9 and you rushing to get flower”. I politely let her know I was OK with purchasing anything from this establishment . That makes no sense to me maybe I’m wrong but how are you late rude and try to belittle your customers. And I will be going back hopefully management will teach and train this staff how to be on time and to be respectful. She should already know looking as it seems she’s seasoned. 10-10 do better

For well over a year the advertised prices are not what they ring up. Check it now- they show $8/pack and will charge you $9/pack then say it has to do with their delivery truck (what). Scam, would avoid until they engage in reputable business practices.

I visit the smoke shop 08/13/2025 upon entering the store I wasn't greeted with a hellobas usual but a stare tried to ignore it while she was a customer Instead paying more attention to him she kept starring then peak her head around him to stare at me I advise why are u starring at me like I'm trying to steal something Then she told me to leave and get out I said that's cool there other stores I encounter that lady dark hair short older brown skin black hair very rude I told her if she pur a smile on her face maybe they will have more customers I had been going there since they open not anymore She is disturbing

Very friendly staff and always excited to see us. Products are also not bad at all. Would recommend.

I was greeted upon entering the store in a very friendly manner. The representative was extremely knowledgeable in all my areas of interest. Prices were very reasonable. Will definitely visit again.

Myself and my husband love this place! So much that he drives out of his way whenever we need our juice or cigars. Great people and amazing service.
