Haven Smoke and Vape

The packaging was just plastic, with no seal at all you just open the box and take the vape out. That immediately made me doubt it, since someone could have opened and tried it before. The seller told me they all come like this, but the very next day it already started tasting burnt. Meanwhile, the same vape but with a different flavor lasted me 4 days. It really makes me think this one might have been used before I bought it

First, they have THE friendliest, most helpful staff! My boyfriend and I agave solely bought products from them for 2-3 years. They are super knowledgeable about everything they offer. A salespersons whose name escapes me (blue hair, septum) helped me find exactly what others have never been able to adequately explain/describe to me. Definitely recommend this place!!

I am a loyal customer here at haven.. love this place but what I really love is the staff! I wld like to take the time to recognize 2 employees in particular! ZAY & KHALIL..these guys saved my life by just being available, knowledgeable, patient & very attentive the whole entire time from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out! Man the girl in here has a bad attitude, I talked with the managers multiple times but never experienced this customer service until this younger lady was working the desk

I absolutely love this store. The variety is off the chain and customer service is elite across the board. The most valuable asset they have is that they are all very knowledgeable about the products they sell. Again, I love this store!!!

NO REFUNDS FOR MISLEADING, FAULTY PRODUCTS. STORE “MUST MAKE A PROFIT” — EVEN AT CUSTOMERS EXPENSE. I bought a product, referred by staff because it was reusable and only the tip needed replacing. Days later, I returned to replace the broken/old tip — only to find out the tip can’t be replaced and I would need to replace the entire device. Another customer bought the same product and came back with the replacement issue. The next day, the manager found ALL of the Daabx products were non-replaceable, but REFUSED a refund or exchange of comparable value. Instead, the only offer was 15% off a more expensive product ($40-60). When we called to ask for FAIR compensation, we were told that “the store still needs to make a profit” and that the manager could NOT be contacted unless spotted in the store. We were misled into wasting money and now expected to spend even more. Trust lost — won’t be returning

Bought a pen that worked in the store with heather and the next day i couldn’t ever get it to hit again. I brought it to my friends looked it up online everywhere to not bring back to the store but couldn’t get it to work so i went back and they tried and saw it was full but couldn’t get it to work either. They called their owner or manager who said i could have 25% off a new one. I didn’t want a brand new one for free or anything but i thought maybe half off a new one bc it was completely full. So i did not choose to buy another and went and paid full price down the street

It can be hard to find good smoke shops these days that cater towards all different types of things. (: The selection of stuff here is inclusive, and the staff member who helped me was very sweet and had good suggestions when I told her what I typically enjoy. Love a good yap, so bonus points.
