UPDATE: leaving my old review simply so you all know how well the owner handled the situation! As soon as I posted this review he reached out, found our receipt, refunded us, apologized for our experience, and promised he was taking it seriously with the employee as well. I trust he’s totally on top of his employees, his store, and his product! Paid over $60 for a disposable THC vape pen that was broken. They refused any exchanges, returns, replacements, or money back. Within the week after purchasing, the pen was leaking from a small hole on the bottom. I took it in and showed the manager. He said there was nothing they could do. Claimed it was against FDA policies to reimburse me or give me another pen. He told me to contact the manufacturer of the pen. Then he said, and I quote, “but the manufacturer will probably give you the ring around. So I’m not sure what to tell you to do.” I then asked for a receipt of purchase to show the manufacturer, to which he couldn’t locate in his system. So I left. Now I’m YouTubing ways to disassemble the pen and transfer the oil to a new cart. Oh, he did tell me as I was leaving that he would give me a small discount next time I wanted to come back and buy another pen, to which I told him I definitely would not be buying another pen here? WTH? Lmfao They had an entire shipment. Literally atleast 75-100 of the same pens stocked on the wall. They are still selling them! They must not vet out companies before they sell their pens. ELF THC is not the same as ELF nicotine pens.

Super great store. The lady in the glasses was super insightful and helpful, especially since I’m new to the products. If your looking for vapes or anything come here!

Vapor Max has a huge selection across the board. Everything is organized, displayed well and clean! I visited tonight with a friend and was greeted warmly by Digo. We stopped by after work with 30 min until the shop closed. Digo was busy but still took the time to attend to other customers while also checking on us, giving recommendations and answering our questions. He took his time and was attentive to our needs as closing time was approaching. The store itself is nice, but I’m sold on coming back because of Digo’s kindness and spectacular customer service.

This is honestly one of, if not the best vape shops in the Raleigh area. They have a great selection of products here. I would highly recommend this store. Absolutely five stars!
