Called to ask if they had any essential oil vapes. While they didn't have any, the clerk did add it to a customer recommended products list. That was super cool of them! I hope they're able to start carrying them ❤️

I’m in from out of town an bought a Hyde from here an absolutely nasty no flavor an gave me a head ache. Clerk was very nice, he even messaged a manger to do a swap an the 2nd one was the same so nasty no difference… I asked to lake a 10$ loss an wanted to get a different kind an they would not allow not a good place at all. Explore at your own risk!

I bought a hyde vape from here that had a defective coil. It tasted burnt as soon as I got to my car. I went back inside to see if I could exchange for a new one, and the manager said any defects are on hyde and they don't do exchanges. Told me the best they could do is give me 10% off a new one. This was literally 3 minutes after I bought the vape. Horrible business ethics here, very cheap. I was a returning customer, but needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Was sold a defective vape cartridge and was told they wouldn’t swap it for a working one. On top of that was, my wife and I were given the absolute worst attitude we’ve ever encountered at a retail establishment.

Very nice place but very pricey! I didn't like getting ran out of the store because 1other person was in there. We all had mask on, I didn't see the reason behind it. Plus all the other stores were allowing in more than 1 person at a time.

The was the blond lady who was so nice and was able to get me a new stock of breezes that just came out after every where else I had checked seid they would but no call back from them so super friendly and wore a smile the whole time hands down best customer service glad I caught yah in time
