High Rollers Vape Shop

Less than one star if possible. Last night trying to get a new nail for my dab rig I went here and not only did they not seem to know what I was talking about they sold me a glass piece that was broken and has a hole in it (45 dollars wasted) and the nail that came with it COMPLETELY melted just upon light contact with a torch. Why sell a product that isn't made for the intended use? So they're selling non tempered glass and I almost hurt myself and my disabled sister trying to help her feel better. Thanks didn't even get to use it one time and I won't be coming back. Thankfully after driving into tamaqua a competent shop helped me.

Super friendly staff. Very knowledgeable. Always willing to help me figure out and find what's best for me, and the vapes are sooo much more affordable than other places. Plus, the staff there are low-key really hot

They recommended something and it was better than what I went in for. Kind chill atmosphere. Went back the next day for 2 more.

The female employee who is always working when I stop is literally the most pleasant person to do business with. I have never had such a good customer service experience as a whole. She is honest, and informative and very much attentive. Anything you may need she’ll get it in the shop for you if they aren’t already carrying it! Overall she knows how to make the customers feel like much more than a transaction which is super important in retail! Thank you for the pleasant experience every time I come in! Will not be going anywhere else 🫶 never felt more welcomed 10/10 recommend stopping in to check it out!

Very nice place. Very clean. Also the lady there who works there is very kind and has a great personally. It's nice to come in there and play when when you have nice staff makes it feel comfortable to relax and play slots and get cashed out very fast. Thank you it's a great place to go.

Nice vape shop. Has everything you would need . The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I would recommend, check them out!

These guys saved my A**. Contacted via message to see if they carried a certain flavor i had been looking for. While they didnt have that specific one, they were awesome and sent me options of similar options that they do have. Most places just say "no, dont have it" and end there. By taking the extra step and customer service the staff here WILL help and do their best. Rare thing these days. 🤠🤠

Well......let me tell you ..... I personally hink this girl that RUNS the joint....~hands down, is one of "theee" BESTEST persons that anyone could ask for( or even imagine so to speak .. ) In an employee.....she is a loyal dedicated simply most awesome caring people and makes you feel welcome....from the very minute you walk in the door.... If she don't greet you outside!!! 😊 I would sit there for hours sometimes just talking with her, before I really even liked her as a matter of fact....because she was cool people's , and we kinda maybe had a lot in common.....til you know it ! I found myself cleaning and organizing and slowly became a fill in greeter...... From time to time .. but all Joking aside.....she is the only reason I continued to go out of my way and go in, and even though I knew I would lose my life savings .....I still made it a point to visit at least once a week..... I feel as though some weeks lately she should maybe even add a punch card for me..... She does not put up with anyone's sh*t ...she has your back for sure .....if some wierdo is stalking you from behind telling you your hair looks fake .....but you have a nice butt.....he touched me with the tip of his finger barely and she was on him and he was OUT.....so that's good to know that she treats you and expects the patrons as well to treat you.....with respect....if you haven't checked this place out......I would highly recommend you do so......she rocks!!!! (BTW....u can say the girl w/ the nice butt and fake looking hair sent you......) Oh.....just wanted you to know that I'm not getting paid anything for saying this stuff either...... But the boss bought pizza for us "lifer's" so he too will make you feel like you are wanted ...... You don't gotta put a 40 hour week in to get treated like family ......it's just all around (besides an annoying straggler once every so often....) One of the coolest places to go ....we all have to admit.....good times and good people......it won't be boring I'll assure you of that....you will think you are normal til you leave......if you ever do.....ha ha!! But wait.....if you buy now...... 🤣🤣🤣 Jk....hope to see you there!!! For real!! 👍
