CVS Pharmacy

Pharmacist are very helpful. There was no line when I went in but the drive-through is very narrow and a lot of people go in the wrong way. The entrance to CVS is sometimes tough to get into during busy hours. Overall great experience, though transferring my prescriptions from the locations that are closed.

This is not the first time their new in robocall system has failed. CVS prides their Pharmacy for returning voice mail calls within an hour, when in fact they don't. Today again I called to check on a script that was due to be filled. I also have another script ready to pick up. The robot said I have no scripts there. I was switched over to their voice mail and before I could leave my message I was disconnected! I called back and requested to speak to the store manager and once she got on the phone she told me she'd transfer me and they would answer. Obviously she transferred me to the magic number where a real human answers. They did not answer! So I called the manager back and was put on hold and then I was told, "We went back and told them to answer the phone so they will ". The pharmacist, Jenna, did answer and confirmed that my script would be filled tomorrow. It seems apparent to me their voice mail robotic system is broke and if they have that many customers that they need to call you back then thru need to hire people to ONLY ANSWER PHONES, not some robot!

Their phone system is horrible. You can’t enter a prescription number anymore for a refill. You have to say the name! Don’t they know some of the drug names are impossible to say. And they want you to refill “all” prescriptions instead of only being able to say one - I have a million prescriptions!!!! And if you want to talk to a pharmacist or technician, you can’t! I was on hold for over 10 minutes so I just gave up. I’d change pharmacies in a minute if it wasn’t so darn hard to move prescriptions. Just horrible…..

Why does drive thru take so l9ng. Slo- Mo. But usually friendly. Cannot sync my prescriptions even asking repeatedly for several years, do I am here constantly. I should set up a tent in the drive thru.

A pharmacist here only half filled one of my child's prescriptions and didn't tell me they'd given me an incomplete amount. When I realized and called the next day, they blamed my doctor's office, saying the script was written with half of the correct amount. My doctor's office confirmed that the pharmacy was lying, and we had to find another pharmacy elsewhere to fill it correctly. Such actions are dangerous and unethical; my family will NOT be using this pharmacy anymore.

Just had to call in about a question and refill i had the Woman in the pharmacy is very rude. If you're working with people it would be good to have better customer service skills . instead of being annoyed when people ask a questions or say"I told you this" when talking to them.terrible terrible Representation of your store having this person working there. It could of easly been handled a much better way.

Minute clinic experience was fast and easy. Samantha was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Will come back in the future for minor ailments.
