This vape shop is incredibly disappointing, and the main reason is the terrible customer service from an employee named Samantha. Not only was she rude, but she also acted like she didn’t care at all about helping me. I asked her for a recommendation on trying a new vape, and she rolled her eyes and muttered, "It's all the same, just pick one." I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. If that employee can’t provide basic customer service, she shouldn’t be working here. Stay away from this place if you want to be treated like a valued customer.

Great prices and even better service. I have never had a bad experience here yet, all the people saying that this worker is rude and this worker wasn’t helpful clearly are in the wrong place. I have had Samantha help me for 20 minutes looking for a flavor I’d like since I’m indecisive. Cant recommend this place enough.

Very rude young man he didn't want to stop his phone conversation to answer my questions . Once I made it clear to him that he was being very rude he blessed me with his knowledge. I get some cultures don't put women in high regard but how about show consideration to your customers women and men alike
