Hideaway Novelties Smoke & Vape

I was apprehensive about stopping here, after reading some of the reviews but, I checked them out anyway. These guys were super friendly and welcoming, they had lots in stock and at competitive prices. I was blown away to have found Kratom in our area, but they had it, with a good selection and good prices. Seriously, if you love specialty shops and the merch/products found in them, this is the place to be. Big thanks to the guys who helped me out today, you all are great!. Hey, this shop by Penny Road stop opening up at 10? I came by and no one is here. They also seem to be out of a lot of stuff anymore. Just curious. There's been quite a few people stop by and leave.

This shop is awesome. I’ve been to the coal-run village area hideaway headed towards Prestonsburg and the chic that works there is so rude I have vowed to never return. They may be owned by the same folks but this shop is legit! I love shopping with these guys. But that other shop hell no, she gave me a hard time over a stamp on my stamp card? At the time I had not known about the rewards card and after my third visit in two weeks I was finally offered one. I told the lady that I had just recently shopped and spent a pretty penny and asked if she would honor me with an extra stamp on todays purchase. She said no. I went out to my car and found my receipt and it was like pulling teeth to get my stupid stamp! Because of the way I was treated I do not speak well of that shop to anyone I know and I will never shop there again, however, as mentioned above I love the shop I’m reviewing 😁

Been here a couple times. Always feel like a regular, fellas at the counter always give good recommendations inside my budget, and help me find better deals if they can. This is my new Go-To for all my smoking needs.

Do not buy Kratom from them. I told the guy I want some kratom he said they had some. Ot was inside some kind of metal container. He said it was 50 cents a gram or ounce cant remember i was so frustrated when I left. For what i got I could have bought half a kilo for 20 Dollars. If you value your money dont go here. Many will wonder why i bought it. I was out of town and needed kratom while i was visiting my youngest son. I mostly buy mine online. In these hard times it isnt good crapping people out of there hard earned mo ey.

Good service and products my only complaint is that a parent with a small child cant go in and purchase an item because "the cops might come" I would understand older kids and teenagers not being allowed but a 1-4 yo thats a little bit to far not everyone is fortunate enough to have a baby sitter

The people behind the counter are always so nice and eager to help. Love this place e and they have the biggest selection and the cheapest prices. Keep it up guys
