I visited the Vape City store in Katy Mills. Had a horrible experience!👎 I know this is store already because I went to another location in Katy. I had a really good experience there at that store, and the prices are also great. I even actually made a note to myself to remember this store. I sent a friend. ETC! I went to Katy Mills to buy something else, but I saw you guys had a new location there. I was very excited to see that and I I rushed into the store. I was trying to explain to the lady what I was looking for, while she kept yelling from far away what? What? What? I was trying again to tell her what I wanted to buy when two guys came into the store, after me. I understand she was more interested in helping them. 😂 I wasn’t even done talking when she walk to them and help them! Why Katy mills decided to invest in a vape shop is beyond me. This alone proves they aren't serious about the communities safety. Ah yes let's let drugged up fools wander around in the mall! What a joke! 💀

I came here for the first time because I work in the mall and wanted something to smoke on the way home. Bought an 8$ preroll got in the car opened up the tube and the joint was only half full and ripped…completely unsmokeable. They didn’t give me a receipt so I can’t even try and return it. unless this gets fixed I will tell everyone i know not to come here.
